SHIPPING POLICY AND TIMELINES

Conscious & Sustainable Production (Our POD Model)

At Nature Tales, we believe in protecting the environment and reducing fashion waste. That’s why we follow a Print-on-Demand (POD) model. We do not maintain massive, wasteful inventories that risk eventually finding their way into landfills; instead, every single apparel item is custom-printed, stitched, and quality-checked specifically for you the moment you place your order. So, despite having nearly 200 different products in a variety of sizes and colours, every single piece that we make is produced especially for you!

Processing & Delivery Timelines: Because your item is custom-made, our timelines are split into two phases:

·       Production & Handling Time. Please allow 2 to 4 business days for our team to print and prepare your order for shipment.

·       Transit & Shipping Time: Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3 to 8 business days depending on your location.

We appreciate your patience in supporting sustainable, slow fashion! You will receive a tracking link via email/SMS as soon as your custom order leaves our facility.

Problems in delivery

We use third party courier services to ship our orders. If you face any issue with the delivery of your order, share the same with us WITHIN 2 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY. We will not be liable in case any issue is raised after 2 days from the date of delivery and if the courier company refuses to investigate the issue.
